Recently I feel pains in many parts of my body, such as shoulders, back and knees… It may cause of age, or work, or posture??? Anyway, pains bring problems for playing Mini volley.

Tokyo Mini Volley Association’s consultant osteopath, Dr. Inoue opens his clinic in Saitama city. On January 21, I went there, and was checked and treated. As the clinic has a parking space, I went there by car.

A yellow cute signboard with volleyball and baseball (both are Dr. Inoue’s favorite sports) welcome me.

At this time, I consulted Dr. Inoue about my shoulder stiffness that might cause bad performance of spike and serve.

Firstly, he checked my shoulders and neck.

Then he gave me a goooood massage.

Inoue Orthopedic Clinic provides acupuncture and moxibustion as well. The device behind Dr. Inoue is an interference wave therapy equipment. He has many skills to treat patients.

At this time I underwent acupuncture therapy.

This is how the therapy. He gave me a lot of needles, which made my shoulder like a pincushion^^

In addition, I tried to be given moxibustion therapy.

After all, he gave me an advice to relieve back pain.

This is how I can do for my hard and painful back.

Just sitting on a chair and cross legs like this photo. Then bending forward to stretch the back… The symptom of back can be relieved with this stretch.

We should try it!

In a warm atmosphere, my really hard shoulder can be relaxed by his therapies.

Surprisingly, next morning, I realized my shoulder moved very smoothly without stiffness. My Mini volley skill may be improved on next practice…hopefully…

Thanks a lot, Dr. Inoue!
