On March 21, we held the annual meeting of TMVA.

For the purpose of infection control of COVID-19, participants MUST be under 37.5 celsius degree in body temperature, wearing masks and the meeting room MUST be ventilated by opening windows at lease once an hour.

These are how our annual meeting was.

Report of account, event and activity plan of 2020, new division leader assignment, and sharing information were done. No new action plan was discussed.

 

After the meeting, we had dinner together with keeping distance between person and person.
